with the volunteer group “+ONE”
We aim to become a company that can enhance not only the motivation and capabilities of customers, but also our own.
“+ONE” is a nationwide organization of volunteer Rentia Group employees in Japan. To create a corporate culture of taking on challenges, employees from different regions, affiliations, and generations participate in various study meetings and projects.
In addition, we hold roundtable discussions between young employees and managers to create an organization in which diverse talents gather and benefit each other throughout the Group.
Implementation of "Environment Month" by employees
Based on our environmental policy, we designate June “Environment Month” every year to raise environmental awareness among all employees and encourage them to participate in environmental activities. Employees actively work on projects they planned themselves.

- We aim for responsible procurement that helps resolve social issues around the world by actively selecting materials and sourcing regions that contribute to society while avoiding the use of products linked to human rights violations or the financing of armed groups in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs) as defined in Annex II of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. Before adopting any products containing minerals extracted, transported, traded, etc. from such areas, we strictly ensure they are not directly or indirectly linked to anti-social practices such as abusive child labor.

FF&E rentals and other operational support
We support Expo 2025 through a group-wide team established in July 2023. The team not only provides rental services for FF&E and ICT devices, but also supports network construction in national pavilions and Expo Association building offices.
Belgium Pavilion construction
Construction of the Belgium Pavilion was managed by group company ONE DESIGNS Co., Ltd. The design draws inspiration from two building blocks of life: water and cells.
PASONA NATUREVERSE sponsorship
Our company proudly sponsors PASONA NATUREVERSE, a pavilion run by Pasona Group Inc. , and provides FF&E rental assistance for the pavilion.
Implementing the corporate version of the hometown tax payment system
In September 2021, we started a project under the direct supervision of our CEO that focuses on female employees.
Nine employees from each group company gathered to launch the activities.
Based on our group management policies, business activities and basic policy to help resolve social issues, we selected five themes to focus on and chose donation recipients. In addition to promoting ESG management toward sustainability by increasing corporate value, we will continue supporting the activities of local governments over the medium to long term and contribute to local communities.

We support safe and smooth management of these events through equipment rentals and venue construction.
